SHIPPING POLICy
When will I receive my order?

Orders placed between Mon - Fri should be processed within 3 - 7 business days of purchase unless stated otherwise in the items description. Most "pre-order" and "made-to-order" items will have unique shipping timelines, so make sure to check before placing your order

If you would like updates on your order, check your provided tracking number through the shipping provider which will give you the best up-to-date shipping information on your package(s).

Please be aware that because of the COVID-19 pandemic still effecting many parts of our day-to-day lives, as well as supply chain issues and shipping delays, your order may take longer than projected. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific order reach out through the contact page and we will do our best to help​

Where do you ship?

Currently shipping is available for the United States and Canada. Due to COVID-19 restrictions changing all the time these shipping limitations are indefinite

Why do I have multiple tracking numbers?

In some cases the item(s) you ordered may be coming from a different location than another

returns & exchanges
All return/exchange requests must be made within the first 30 days after your orders delivery date. Requests made after this time will be denied

Returned items must be in NEW condition (unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, and free of odor or pet hair.) Your return will not be excepted if the item(s) do not meet the requirements above
​
All sales are considered final on vinyl, CDs, digital downloads, or any digitally delivered goods
​
Exchanges may not be available for the same product(s) you initially ordered if they are limited edition or one-of-a-kind
​
Unless the product(s) you are returning have a production defect or damage that was not originally stated in the product description of said products(s), we can not offer a refund​

If you ordered an incorrect size or variant of your item(s) we cannot guarantee a refund. Please make sure to double check the products(s) in your cart to insure proper size, color, etc​

No returns are allowed for "final sale" and "scratch and dent" items
​
You are responsible for any return shipping costs for the item(s) you decide to send back. We are unable to supply prepaid return labels

Original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and/or return-to-sender costs will not be refunded

If your package is being returned to sender and you would like it reshipped, please email ghastlysound@gmail.com with your order number and let us know that you would like it reshipped. Please provide your full shipping address to send the order to. Please note that all reshipments will require you to pay for shipping costs again. If you would prefer to not pay for shipping, a refund will be issued for the item(s) and any applicable taxes when your order arrives back to us. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Please be aware: Because of the nature of the vinyl pressing and shipping process, all vinyl is subject to minor cosmetic defects/damages or cosmetic differences. Because of this, cosmetic defects or damage that does not effect the sound quality or playback of the vinyl itself is not covered for returns
Furthermore, because of the unpredictability of shipment handling, can cannot guarantee that cassette or CD cases will arrive undamaged, as they can crack or break easily even when properly packaged. All items are guaranteed to leave our facilities in perfect condition. We cannot offer returns or refunds for cracks or defects of any kind on CD or cassette cases

To get a return started, submit your contact information, order number, and reason for return via the contact page and we will get back to you ASAP

All refunds will be processed through the original payment method
​
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks after we receive your item(s). If it is a busy or holiday season this time may be extended
​
Once we submit a refund for your order the banks have to do their part which is out of our control. Average processing time is 3-5 days for the credit to be posted to your account
